I am a qualified 200 hr Hatha Yoga Teacher with a passion to teach the foundations of yoga by combining strength and balance through breathing to all levels of yogi.

My friends say I have massive energy that needs to be shared with others and that my personal touch and safe transitioning is what sets me apart from any yoga class they have done.

My goal is to ensure that when yogis leave my class, they have had a positive, personalised experience, tailored to where they are at.

About

YOGA ESSENTIALS
This one hour class will ensure you have the foundations of yoga covered, from basic poses to breathe. This class is highly recommended if you have never done yoga before and will be beneficial for the yogi who wants to fine tune their practice. Bring your mat, sweat towel and water.

HATHA YOGA
In this exhilarating one hour class you will move through a continuous flow of yoga poses merging strength, flexibility and balance. Bring your mat, sweat towel and water.

POWER FIT YOGA
This one hour yoga class is a fun, energetic flow where you will build muscle strength, stamina, fitness and flexibility in dynamic yoga poses with the option to use weights. Bring your mat, sweat towel and water.

STRENGTH & STRETCH
The first half of this class is a solid warm up leading into accelerated power poses to build strength. The second half gears down to slower controlled poses with an emphasis on stretching and ending off with a gentle cool down. The perfect balance of yin and rest. Bring your mat, sweat towel and water.

Saturday | Power Fit Yoga | 9-10A

With over 8 years of yoga training, I finally made the move to become a 200hr certified teacher.
My yoga journey began while growing up in the world of competitive dance. It all started with the first class my mom took me to. Though competitive dance was my first love, turning to yoga was the perfect transition when dance was no longer the journey for me.

I believe yoga is for every body type and level, whether you have years of experience, practice on and off, or whether it’s your 1st class. My goal is to have students explore their bodies and safely find their own weaknesses, and strengths while focusing on their breath work. I love connecting with people and the yoga community brings so much of that, so feel free to chat with me outside of class! I can’t wait to see you all on your mats!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where postures are sequenced together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Meet Jenna. she’s been a part of the sky fitness community since it all started! Jenna grew up dancing, and her passion for dancing and music lead her into a career of movement. Jenna is a certified Pilates instructor with body harmonics and has been teaching Mat Pilates as well as barre fitness since 2016. Jenna’s classes are results driven and full of punch! Be prepared to leave class feeling challenged, proud, sweaty, and energized.

Pilates Tone and Sculpt

Pilates Tone and Sculpt is a high intensity low impact 55 minute exercise class focusing on lengthening and strengthening all the major muscle groups. The driving concept behind this class is to fatigue the muscles in a safe effective way. Shaking may occur. The use of equipment such as ball and double tube is used to intensify movements. All fitness levels are welcome.

Power Pilates
Power Pilates isn’t your typical Pilates class. This class is musically driven and packed with small isometric movements as well as some bigger movements, and bursts of cardio. Get your heart up and leave feeling energized.

Cardio & Dance Training

This class format includes circuit training using various fitness props such as: steps, kettlebells, skipping ropes, body bar, free weights, bosu, medicine ball, fitball, etc. A complete body workout that consists of interval training, that is a combination of intense aerobics and weight bearing exercises. The aim is total body toning/shaping, big aerobic gains and great calorie burning.

Cardio/Weight/Abs and Core Combo
Involves 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weights and 10 minutes abs/core.
This class provides a good balance of cardio training and muscle strengthening with an emphasis on abs/core work. The end result is in a great overall body workout for any fitness level

Dance Mix
A mixture of dance moves from Jazz, Salsa, Soca and more resulting in a fun atmosphere with good energy and good vibes. Results: A fun way to get in your cardio and burn calories.

Total Body Conditioning
A combination of high and low intensity movements completed with weights. This class is a mixture of both intense body sculpting and cardio training. Exercises can involve compound exercises, plyometrics, and athletic movements with the focus of a high calorie burner and total body shaping that actively engages and conditions all muscles.

Body Sculpt
Using hand weights, bands and bodyweight to sculpt and tone the entire body.
Standing and floor exercises will be used along with muscle isolation, supersets and compound exercises to tackle both major and minor muscles areas such as legs, chest, back, abs, arms, butt etc. to tone, define and challenge all muscles .Good for all fitness levels.
